The market is small but active. Buyers here tend to be deliberate — people who have done their research, know what Loreto is, and have chosen it specifically. Inventory includes colonial homes in the historic center, residential properties in established neighborhoods, beachfront and oceanview lots north and south of town, and the remaining inventory from Nopoló — the large-scale sustainable development that brought significant international attention to the area in the mid-2000s.
