Aside from being a very nice guy--with a wonderful family--and aside from being a competent and hard-working professional, Victor Granados is absolutely trustworthy. We gave him power of attorney for closing on a house for us while we were in the States--with complete confidence. And you can rely on his judgment about property values, desirability of neighborhoods, renovation costs, building quality, etc. When we later used his services to sell a house, his asking-price recommendations, time-on-the-market estimates, and capital gains tax predictions, were all right on the money.
