I am originally from Nogales, Sonora, I did my college career in the United States, in the state of Arizona (University of Arizona “UofA”), where I graduated with a degree in Marketing in 1985. Married with Eiro Castellanos and with 3 children; Eiro 25, Estephania 23, and Sara Ivette 22 years old respectively. I come from a family of tourism developers. My uncle, Rafael Caballero, founded the tourist town par excellence in Sonora, internationally known as San Carlos, Sonora. So, the love for real estate is in my blood. I first ventured into real estate when I joined Grupo Puebla as Sales Manager of 2 tourist developments, one in Bahia de Kino and the other in San Carlos, Sonora. In 2000 I joined Century 21 Elga with great achievements and since then with the real estate certification of the state. Destiny had another great opportunity for me and we moved to Loreto BCS where I was working as the sales office administrator for Loreto Bay, in Nopoló, one of the largest sustainable developments in Mexico at that time. The company closed its doors and we moved to La Paz in love with these beautiful Baja lands. I took some time to get to know all that these beautiful lands have to offer and we drove all over the Baja on 2 occasions from end to end. I join SOUTH BAJA REALTORS in 2017 and since then these 4 years have been fabulous, full of challenges, preparation, certifications, and consulting, all this hand in hand with AMPI. The experience I have acquired with the opportunity to work in several states of the Mexican Republic and within the state of Baja California Sur, allow me to identify very easily with each buyer who, for the first time, seeks to invest in these lands.
