When we decided to buy a property in La Paz, we had some concern about how we would fare in this important adventure that we were about to undertake, especially since we do not live in Mexico, but in Canada. Aside from being a very nice guy--with a wonderful family--and aside from being a competent and hard-working professional, Victor Granados is absolutely trustworthy. We gave him power of attorney for closing on a house for us while we were in the States--with complete confidence. And you can rely on his judgment about property values, desirability of neighborhoods, renovation costs, building quality, etc. When we later used his services to sell a house, his asking-price recommendations, time-on-the-market estimates, and capital gains tax predictions, were all right on the money. But the best thing is, he takes all the anxiety out of a real-estate transaction and turns it into a pleasant experience.
